TUBE BUNDLES

Our tube bundles are tight protected microducts suitable for installation of fibre units containing between 1 to 24 fibres, as well as 24-144 fibres in Minicables. Our high-quality bundles come in a range of sizes from 3mm- 16mm microduct outside diameters, and contain up to 26 individual microducts. As standard each of microducts within every tube bundle we manufacture, has a low friction liner on the inner sheath which improves blowing performance.

Direct Burial

A Direct Burial tube bundle is a collection of microducts bundled together designed for direct burial into suitably prepared ground. As the tube bundle doesn’t require an outer protection duct this can save time on installation. If required, an optional aluminum layer can be added to track the tube bundle underground.

Aerial

An Aerial tube bundle is a collection of microducts bundled together with outer protection and a steel or glass reinforced strength member. Our solutions have been thoroughly tested to withstand all weather conditions.

Direct Install

A Direct Install tube bundle is a collection of microducts bundled together designed for direct install into a pre-installed duct. If required, an optional aluminum layer can be added to track the tube bundle underground.

Low Fire Hazard

An LFH tube bundle is a collection of LFH microducts bundled together within an LFH sheath suitable for indoor use, giving excellent performance in fire scenarios.
